Please note that there will be a delay in shipping time for orders placed from our China Warehouse between January 23rd and February 14th, 2024, due to the Lunar New Year Holidays. All shipments during this period will experience a longer processing and delivery time.

However, shipments from our AUS Warehouse will continue to be processed and delivered as usual.

The ongoing offer of Free Shipping applies to all items except Clearance Products, Gift Boxes, Wholesale purchases, and Big Quantity Bulky Items.

Ship to Countries

We Ship To Australia, USA and Canada and All other countries. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Minnie Me has 2 shipping origin China & Australia. All products has shipping origin & delivery time in the specifications on the product page.

We deliver products Australia wide using a wide range of delivery services (postal service, couriers and freight forwarders). Shipping & Handling costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and location, exact shipping & handling costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 1-5 business day and shipping times are estimated at between 1-12 business days depending on your location within Australia. There is an additional lead time of 2-3 business days if the delivery location is a rural area. Larger or Bulk items, i.e. cots and furniture, are unique in size in terms of freight handling and delivery location. If the items you have ordered are out of stock, you will be notified within two days, and given an expected date of arrival or a full refund.


Orders will go through 2 phases before being delivered

  1. Order processing time: The amount of time to prepare your order for shipment. This involves the securing of stocks, in some cases, and the checking of Product Quality. Usually 1-5 Days
  2. Shipping time: time to receive your order after your order has shipped.
    • Product in our AU warehouse are marked by fast delivery label under the product name 2-5 Days
    • Product From Overseas China  7-20 Business Days
  3. Please Check Carefully Shipping information on each products before you buy.

  1. If you need your order urgently please include a note on placing the order.
  2. Free standard shipping on orders over AU$149, except for wholesale or big bulk items delivery fees will be calculated later.
  3. Please note that heavy or big item shipping, delivery time 30 to 40 days after processing days.
  4. No express shipping for big or bulk items. 




If you have provided an incorrect address, the item must be returned to us first; we will refund/ resend the parcel after deducting the delivery cost/return cost, customs clearance & any other fees if any. There will be an additional cost to redeliver the items.

Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot change the order address. MinnieMe is not responsible for packages that have been delivered to an incorrect address advised by the customer.



All of our products are sent using the most reliable courier and freight services available to ensure orders are delivered smoothly and quickly.

In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, we will always help to investigate and rectify the situation for you.

Minnie Me Store accepts no responsibility for lost/damaged in transit or stolen items or lost by carriers for any reason. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as provided by the courier and are reported lost, stolen or damaged in transit.


In case of Late parcels and you no longer need your order, you can apply for a free return & full refund once you receive the parcel. your parcel considered late after 20 business day from the delivery date

Shipping to Western Australia/Non Metro locations

There may be additional fees (in addition to the bulky item charge) to remote/rural areas and Western Australia. If there is, an email will be sent to notify the recipient of any additional charges. If the recipient is not willing to pay the additional charges, we will refund the order.

Availability of Products
All products on our website are supplied subject to availability. We will use our best endeavours to supply you with the product ordered. On occasion however, goods that are displayed on our website may not be available. If this occurs, we will contact you and offer you a part dispatch for the balance of your order that is available or issue you with a refund or credit note for that part of the order that cannot be supplied.

Incorrect Goods Supplied

If we supply you with an incorrect product, we will supply you with the correct product once the incorrect product has been returned. In the event of a wrong product being supplied, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods. The freight cost incurred will be paid by Minnie Me.

If you need a replacement to be send fast and you are not willing to wait for the return process you can place a new order, return the wrong product for a full refund.



All Items under Build your own gift are available for fast delivery, please make sure to customise your gift from the same categories. 

Returns Policy

At MinnieMe, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with a delightful shopping experience. We understand that, on occasion, you may need to request a refund for your purchase. Please read our revised refund policy carefully to understand the conditions and procedures for refunds:

1. Store Credit Option:

We offer the option of a full refund in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website. Store credit will be issued promptly and can be applied to any items in our online store.

2 . Refunds to original form of payment:

If you require a refund to the original mode of payment , the following conditions might apply based cases :
A deduction will be made for the shipping fees associated with your order.
A deduction will be made for the payment processor fee 1-6%
The remaining amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 business days of receiving the returned package.

3. Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:

The product is returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Refund requests are made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

4. Refund Process:

To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team at within the specified timeframe. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with any necessary instructions.

5. Timeframe for Refunds:

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will make every effort to expedite the process.


6. Non-Refundable Items:

Please note that certain items, such as  Clearance Products, Gift Boxes, Wholesale purchases, and Big Quantity Bulky Items. unless there was an error made by us in sending the correct items to you. Additionally, any shipping or handling fees are non-refundable.


If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


Unfortunately CUSTOMISED items  can not be returned or exchanged due to change of mind or wrong size ordered. 

 ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS are final, please pick carefully as these cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note.


Cancelling an order after making payment

You can cancel an order if it has not already been shipped & is approved by the management team. If you have made payment using Credit Card or a 'Buy Now, Pay Later' payment provider, a 10% cancellation fee will apply to your order to cover payment processing fees not returned to us by these financial providers. This fee will also go towards re-stock & administrative processes as all not-at-fault refunds fall outside of our online store policy.

Keep in mind, cancellation requests can sometimes be missed due to high influx of communication & as such dispatched before we get to your cancellation request. For this very reason, it is advised to be super careful when placing your order knowing this can be a risk.

Cancelling an order after it has been shipped

You can cancel an order if it has been shipped. However, it must be successfully received/delivered and returned to us following our normal returns process by lodging a return request & returned at your expense. Please be aware of the following additional costs if you do decide to cancel/refuse an order once it has been dispatched:

1. Free shipping offers will no longer be contractually valid. As such, regardless of free shipping being offered, any actual paid shipping fees by Minnie Me to send the item to you will be deducted from the total refund amount. This also applies to return shipping fees, if applicable. 

2. Duties & Taxes may be billed against an attempted import, regardless if the customer requests to cancel/ refuse the shipment. In this event, which is completely outside the control of Minnie Me, these fees must be paid to your Customs Officials within your country or risk the parcel being destroyed/ abandoned. This depends on importation rules of your country & is not a forced fee charged by Minnie Me.
